JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Architects to develop and manage construction plans, resource allocation, and material procurement, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Maintain an organized, safe construction site by enforcing safety protocols, ensuring timely availability of equipment and materials, and overseeing wage payments and delivery records.
- Monitor project progress using Gantt charts, address potential delays or issues promptly, and communicate updates to Project Coordinators regularly.
- Resolve construction-related problems and conflicts by collaborating with the team and implementing effective solutions to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Track expenses, monitor budget utilization, and foster a positive, motivated work environment to complete the project successfully.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification : Bachelors of Engineering in Civil is preferable
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects and keep calm under pressure
